Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. That’s why we offer a fair and simple cancellation policy.

cancellation by customer

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup will receive a full refund.
If canceled within 24–48 hours, 50% of the total rental fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup.

early returns

Returning the vehicle early does not qualify for a refund. Please book based on your actual needs.

no-shows

If you do not show up at the scheduled time, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

cancellation by us

If Southbound Lux must cancel your reservation due to issues like vehicle availability or safety, you’ll receive a full refund immediately.
