By booking with Southbound Lux, you agree to follow all terms listed below. Please read them carefully.

rental eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years old. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required at pickup. International drivers must provide a passport and valid license from their country.

payment terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. A security deposit may be required based on the vehicle selected.

vehicle usage

All vehicles must be operated responsibly. Street racing, off-roading, or reckless driving is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in extra charges or termination of the rental agreement.

mileage and fuel

Each rental includes a mileage limit. Additional mileage will be charged per mile. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level. Fuel shortages may lead to additional fees.

late returns

Late returns will incur hourly charges. Please notify us in advance if you expect delays. Extended lateness may result in a full-day charge.

maintenance and breakdowns

In rare cases of a breakdown, contact us immediately. Do not attempt repairs on your own. Replacement vehicles will be arranged when possible.

liability and insurance

Renters are fully responsible for any damage caused during the rental. Insurance must cover all possible incidents. Proof of valid insurance is required before vehicle release.

reservation changes

We allow changes to bookings up to 48 hours before the rental begins. Changes are subject to availability.

termination rights

Southbound Lux reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone who fails to meet our requirements or misuses the vehicle.
